In Brno (Czech Republic) we will acquire a luxurious Real-Estate object that will function as a Creator Center.

A Creator Center operates as a luxurious and/or functional premises with content production and broadcasting facilities available for Creators and Brands.

These locations will be used to onboard, train and manage Creators to become sustainable and successful through a Creator Program (5 months duration).

From these locations we will also broadcast ticketed Live Events which can be followed by Fans and Subscribers through a wide range of Voyeur Cams.

Independent Creators and Brands can book the facilities for video productions to promote and sell products and/or services on popular social media and content monetization platforms.

These locations will be used to address and target local markets to onboard and engage our target audience and contribute in the growth of the 247X Ecosystem.

Investors can earn annual profit-share distributions by staking early or they can later purchase an existing stake through an overstake buyout.

Each Creator Center gives a detailed visualized overview from the Asset's specifications, real-time performance, estimated yield and other relevant KPIs.

From each RWA Asset there is maximum 70% available for Investors to make their first stake.

Once the 70% has been reached, a 18 months Locking Period starts which makes it impossible for other investors to overstake.
