Incorporation Structure
247X will be incorporated in Liechtenstein (Vaduz), Zug (Switzerland), Brno (Czech Republic), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and the United States. We choose for this incorporation structure because of its political stability, full transparency, advantageous tax regime, privacy laws and crypto friendly regulations to have global coverage for retail investors to participate during the 247XE STO (Security Token Offering).
247X Fund AG will be our parent company which has 100% ownership over all current and future business ventures. 247X Fund AG will be fully tokenized meaning that all of its company stock will be available (as 247XE Equity Tokens) to Investors by participating during a STO (Security Token Offering) which will be later listed on Tier-1 Crypto Exchanges (for Public Trading purposes).
For each Stake-To-Earn Assets (RWA - Real World Assets such as Creator Centers) we will set up separate corporate entities.
